Clear terms for public listings, professional accounts, paid placements, and subscriber rights.
Operator, scope, and acceptance
IranianPsychologist.org (the “Site” or “Directory”) is owned and operated by ZSany LLC (“ZSany,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Washington-registered company. The Site is an independent directory of psychology professionals and practices, not a mental health provider, therapy platform, crisis service, clinic, or provider of diagnosis or treatment. These Terms of Use govern access to the Site, directory profiles, accounts, and optional paid advertising.
By using the Site or purchasing a directory advertising subscription, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you act for a business or professional, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Mandatory consumer and professional rights are not waived by these Terms.
Independent directory and professional relationships
ZSany operates the Directory as a publishing and advertising platform. Listed psychologists and psychological practices are independent of ZSany unless expressly identified otherwise. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, or control their professional decisions, service terms, pricing, or work.
Any agreement for psychology and mental health services is between the visitor and the independently selected provider. Your use of the Site does not itself create a professional-client relationship with ZSany.
Informational content—not professional advice
Descriptions of therapy, assessment, counseling, trauma, anxiety, depression, or mental health specialties are general directory information and are not psychological advice, diagnosis, therapy, or crisis counseling.
Use appropriately qualified independent professionals for advice about your situation. If a matter is urgent or has a filing, financial, safety, or treatment consequence, do not delay appropriate help while relying on the Directory. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service. A directory profile or contact link is not monitored for emergencies.
Community focus and nondiscrimination
The Site is designed to help people discover psychologists and psychological practices, including professionals who serve Iranian, Persian-speaking, and related communities. National origin, ethnicity, and language are not themselves evidence of a person’s professional competence, legal authorization, or suitability.
Account holders and advertisers must comply with applicable civil-rights, equal-access, fair-housing, fair-lending, healthcare, public-accommodation, and other nondiscrimination requirements to the extent relevant to their services. Directory advertising cannot be used to facilitate unlawful discrimination.
Professional eligibility and responsibility
The titles psychologist, therapist, counselor, and psychotherapist may have different statutory meanings and licensing rules. Verify the exact license, permitted scope, status, and telehealth authorization with the appropriate board.
Each account holder must ensure their displayed qualifications, registrations, professional affiliations, languages, service territory, contact information, and claims remain accurate and lawful. ZSany may ask for supporting documents if an account raises concerns, but the Site does not continuously verify every listing.
Account creation and access
A profile may be created by its owner or representative, or ZSany may assemble a public-information listing and invite the professional or business to manage it. If an account is issued or activated using a professional contact address, the holder may receive a password-reset or activation message to gain access to the client panel.
You must use accurate account details, keep credentials secure, promptly report unauthorized access, and avoid accessing listings you do not have authority to manage. We may review competing ownership claims and suspend access while a dispute is assessed.
Blue checkmark and account activation
A blue checkmark, when displayed, indicates that an account or listing has reached the Site’s account-access or management activation criteria. It may reflect control of the associated email inbox and access to the client panel. It does not establish that the individual is the named professional or an authorized representative.
The checkmark is not independent verification of identity, license, registration, specialty, education, language fluency, conduct, quality, business ownership, or the accuracy of every profile claim. Visitors must verify those matters themselves.
Publicly sourced and unclaimed profiles
We may assemble initial listings from publicly accessible professional directories, businesses’ websites, regulatory records, and other lawfully available sources. An unclaimed profile does not mean the named psychologist or psychological practice created an account, consented to an advertisement, purchased a package, or endorsed ZSany.
Professionals may request corrections, claim review, or removal through our designated process, subject to lawful preservation of appropriate records and any overriding legal obligations. We may decline or amend inaccurate, misleading, outdated, impersonating, or unlawful submissions.
Profile accuracy and external verification
Profile details, claimed experience, ratings, contact methods, service categories, locations, and other statements can change. We may use public information and AI-assisted tools to identify inconsistencies; that review is not an audit or professional certification.
Check current professional licensing, disciplinary restrictions, training, treatment approach, age-group expertise, insurance acceptance, language capability, and permission to provide services in your location.
Editing, publication, and moderation
Account holders may propose edits through their dashboard where available. We may review, edit for style or clarity, reject, defer, suspend, or remove content for accuracy, safety, legal compliance, suspected fraud, or other legitimate platform reasons.
We are not obligated to publish every submission or maintain any specific listing indefinitely. Material changes in legally required advertising information remain the account holder’s responsibility, even if an edit is pending.
Mental health emergencies and crisis support
The Site is not a crisis hotline and cannot assess risk or respond in real time. In a crisis or immediate danger, seek emergency or crisis help through qualified local services.
Protected titles and professional scope
Psychologist, licensed counselor, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, and other mental health titles are not interchangeable. Confirm the provider’s exact credential, permitted services, and jurisdictional license.
Free listings and sponsored advertising
The Site may offer free listings and paid advertising opportunities. Sponsored placements, highlighted positions, and similar features are commercial promotion, not independent ratings of psychologists and psychological practices, verification, endorsement, or proof of superior qualifications.
Paid placements should be identified in a manner that is clear to visitors where required. The display of an advertiser beside unpaid profiles does not make ZSany a party to the advertiser’s services.
Directory ordering and location availability
Search results and profile prominence may depend on geography, search filters, advertising entitlements, data completeness, technical rules, and editorial or relevance considerations. Prominent placement may be purchased, and ranking is not necessarily determined by professional merit.
Advertising inventory may be limited by territory or category. We do not guarantee a fixed display position or exclusivity except where specifically identified in an accepted order, subject to the stated scope and applicable law.
Current packages, pricing, and accepted orders
Current advertising options, prices, and included features appear on the Packages page or in the applicable checkout and accepted order. Site copy, promotions, and availability may change prospectively. An unaccepted quote does not reserve inventory.
The checkout information and any confirmed order control the purchased offering, subject to mandatory law and these Terms. If an advertised benefit cannot lawfully be delivered for a particular regulated profession or jurisdiction, we may offer a lawful alternative or the remedy required by law.
Annual subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid directory subscriptions generally renew automatically on an annual basis until canceled. Where required, checkout must disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method and obtain legally sufficient authorization before charges are made.
Unless the checkout or accepted order states otherwise, the applicable payment method is charged for each renewal term at the then-disclosed renewal price, subject to required notices, consents, and limits on price changes. Save your order confirmation and review your account before renewal.
Cancellation and end of service
You may cancel future renewal through the client panel where the cancellation feature is available, or by sending a request through the Site’s designated contact process. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges once processed but ordinarily does not end an already-paid advertising term immediately unless the order, applicable law, or ZSany expressly provides otherwise.
If a cancellation control does not work, notify ZSany promptly and retain evidence of your request. We will honor cancellation rights and timing requirements imposed by applicable law. Removing a public profile and canceling a paid subscription are separate actions; request both when appropriate.
Refunds and billing disagreements
Advertising payments are generally nonrefundable after purchase unless an accepted offer expressly says otherwise or applicable law provides a cancellation, refund, or other remedy. This does not limit rights for duplicate charges, material service failures, unauthorized payments, or other circumstances protected by law.
Billing inquiries should identify the account and transaction without sending full payment-card details. We may investigate disputes, correct proven errors, or request information needed to resolve a charge.
Payment processing and taxes
Subscription payments may be processed by Stripe and associated payment networks. ZSany generally receives payment status, transaction identifiers, limited billing details, and subscription records rather than complete card numbers. Payment processing is subject to applicable provider terms and legal requirements.
Advertisers are responsible for applicable taxes unless checkout expressly provides otherwise. Failed payments may result in notice, retry attempts consistent with disclosed billing practices, suspension, or the expiration of paid placement.
Advertising claims and regulated communications
Professionals must not make unsupported treatment or recovery guarantees, misstate professional titles, expose confidential patient information, or publish misleading testimonials or sensitive mental health claims.
Professional advertising content may require disclosures, prior approvals, consent, archival records, or restrictions on testimonials, ratings, titles, geographic claims, or promotions. Advertisers must identify such requirements and comply with them even when content is created or formatted with ZSany assistance.
Therapy privacy and telehealth
Each professional is responsible for clinical privacy rules, patient records, informed consent, telehealth laws, and practice-specific security. The Directory does not create a therapeutic or confidential clinical channel.
No treatment or relationship guarantee
Reading a profile or following an external contact link does not create a therapist–client relationship and cannot establish the suitability of therapy for an individual.
No guarantee of results or business outcomes
We do not guarantee a number of searches, page views, leads, enquiries, calls, appointments, engagements, sales, new clients, revenue, or other commercial results from a free or sponsored listing. Search-engine and AI-assistant discovery depend on services and algorithms outside our control.
Listings do not guarantee therapeutic outcomes, confidentiality with a particular provider, available appointments, diagnosis, or a psychologist–patient relationship.
Communications and visitor responsibility
Visitors choose independently whether to contact listed psychologists and psychological practices. Any phone call, email, website visit, messaging interaction, or other contact with a provider is governed by the provider’s own practices and may involve third-party services.
Contact a practice directly through its own approved communication channels. Do not send mental health histories, diagnoses, treatment records, or crisis messages to a general directory form.
Do not submit another person’s sensitive records, payment credentials, or confidential information through an unprotected directory field. We cannot guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or confidentiality of communications sent outside our systems.
Reviews, testimonials, and endorsements
Reviews, ratings, endorsements, and social-media mentions, if displayed, may reflect a contributor’s experience or promotional relationship, and can be outdated or disputed. We do not promise to audit every opinion or claim independently.
Advertisers and contributors must not publish fabricated testimonials, manipulate reviews, conceal material sponsorships, use patient or client information without permission, or imply that paid visibility represents an objective rating.
Submitted content and intellectual-property permissions
An account holder who supplies text, images, logos, biographies, translations, or other material represents that they have all rights and permissions needed for publication. Subject to applicable law, the holder grants ZSany a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, publicly display, and distribute that material in connection with the Directory and its promotion while the content is used.
The holder remains responsible for third-party rights, privacy permissions, copyright, publicity rights, and any required consent. Removing content may not erase legally required records, reasonable backups, or third-party caches immediately.
ZSany intellectual property and acceptable access
The Site’s design, text, software, layout, trademarks, compilations, and original materials are owned by or licensed to ZSany and are protected by applicable law. A visitor receives only a limited, revocable right to use the Site for legitimate directory purposes.
Do not scrape at scale, copy or resell directories, bypass technical access limits, harvest contact details for unlawful marketing, impersonate professionals, insert malware, attack Site security, or use the Site to infringe rights.
Fraud, impersonation, and prohibited conduct
Users must not make false professional claims, upload unlawful content, forge credentials, mislead visitors about regulatory status, manipulate advertising placement, use another person’s account without authorization, or attempt deceptive payment activity.
We may report suspected misconduct where legally required, seek reasonable verification of contested claims, preserve appropriate evidence, and limit access while protecting visitors and other account holders.
Complaints, corrections, suspension, and appeals
We may take proportionate measures in response to complaints, disputed identities, inaccurate claims, legal notices, nonpayment, or risks to visitors. Measures can include requests for documentation, content changes, temporary restriction, suspension, or removal.
A professional or business may request a review of a disputed profile or moderation decision. Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory right to complain to a competent authority or seek a legally required remedy.
Third-party services and external destinations
The Directory may link to provider websites, maps, regulators, social-media services, messaging platforms, payment processors, and other independent services. Their content, availability, security, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by their respective operators.
ZSany is not responsible for separate contracts or payments visitors make with providers or third parties. A link or listing is not an endorsement.
Privacy, cookies, and electronic notices
Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of data associated with public listings, accounts, analytics, advertising tools, security, and subscription billing. Use of third-party tracking must satisfy applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements; website wording alone does not replace compliant technical controls.
By providing an account contact address, you may receive necessary account, security, billing, renewal, and legal notices. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe rules.
International access and mandatory regulation
Listings may cover multiple countries, states, provinces, and regulated occupations. ZSany does not represent that every professional or advertisement is authorized in every location. Professionals remain responsible for restrictions affecting their services and advertising, including sanctions, cross-border solicitation, and local consumer rules.
To the extent a law requires a different notice, cancellation method, governing forum, refund, professional disclosure, or consumer protection, that mandatory requirement controls.
Availability and changes to the Site
The Site may experience outages, inaccurate search results, delayed updates, third-party failures, or changes to its functionality. We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features; paid subscribers retain any remedies required by an applicable agreement or law.
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised date and additional notice when legally required. Material modifications affecting active paid subscriptions may require further notice or consent under applicable law.
Disclaimers of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, absolute accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ZSany is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from Site use, inaccurate professional listings, third-party acts, or missed opportunities, to the extent those losses may lawfully be excluded.
For claims arising solely from paid directory services, ZSany’s aggregate contractual liability is limited to the fees the claimant paid ZSany for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where a mandatory law prohibits the limitation. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded.
Commercial account-holder indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, business and professional account holders agree to defend and indemnify ZSany against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from their unlawful advertisements, false profile submissions, infringement, breach of these Terms, or provision of regulated services, except to the extent caused by ZSany’s own actionable misconduct. This provision does not impose indemnity on ordinary visitors acting as consumers.
Washington law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory local law provides otherwise. Parties should first make a reasonable effort to resolve a dispute through written notice.
Courts with jurisdiction in Washington may hear disputes unless an applicable law requires another forum or grants a consumer the right to sue elsewhere. No clause here requires arbitration or waives a right to bring an authorized regulatory complaint.
Severability, complete agreement, and contact
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. These Terms, the accepted order, and any incorporated documents form the agreement for directory services. We may assign the agreement in connection with a lawful business transfer, subject to applicable rights and notices.
